Hello Residents,

On November 19 the Reserve at Cypress Creek (RACC) Homeowners Association is holding its Annual Meeting for residents. The meeting will be held at the Pool Club House at 7:00 pm and resident registration will start at 6:30 pm.

This year we will be filling three (3) positions on our Association’s Board. If you are unable to attend the November 19th meeting, we hope you will complete a voting proxy and either email the form to the address shown below by the required date or give it to another resident who will be attending the meeting. When the time comes, we will be sending out the details of the candidates along with the forms.

Requirements for the three (3) upcoming board positions: All candidates must be residents with their name appearing on the Deed. As a Board member, you will meet quarterly for about an hour. This is an amazing way to give back to this wonderful community of ours, implement new ideas that can have broader impacts, and build great relationships while you’re doing it!

If you would like to nominate yourself or anyone else (with their permission), please submit the name(s) and a short biography to the Nomination Committee using the following methods. The short biography can be just a few sentences about yourself, your background, and what you would want for your community and HOA.

In addition to voting for Board members, we will be presenting an overview of the 2024 Budget and present the 2025 Budget and Maintenance Fee.
