Homeowners,

This coming Saturday, October 18, 2025, is the Fall Garage Sale. The garage sale will be from 8:00 a.m. to noon. We will have the gates open from 7:00 a.m. until noon.

At our Annual meeting on November 18th, we will be voting to elect three nominees to the HOA Board. We have established a nominating committee and are actively seeking homeowners who would be willing to join the Board and help with managing the many activities that are required to keep our community an attractive and viable place to live.

If you are interested in being a nominee for a Board position, please prepare a short “bio” and email it to “reserveatcypresscreek@yahoo.com”. The cutoff for receiving nominations is October 25th. The nominating committee will review and present the nominations to the Board, and an email with the annual meeting agenda and voting proxy will be sent to all homeowners in early November.

We are also needing volunteers for the ARC committee. This committee plays a vital part in serving the community in the approval process for homeowners seeking to make changes or updates to their property. The time requirement is minimal.
