Important Front Gate Update

Good evening residents!

Beginning Monday, April 25th, our new gate management company, Houston Security Gates, will start the installation of our new gate system. They will deconstruct our existing system and re-install the new one. The process will likely take 10-14 days. During this time, our gates will be open and access to our neighborhood will be available to anyone. For this reason, we recommend that you secure all property, vehicles, and other belongings in and around your residence. Please report any suspicious activity to law enforcement.

When the new gate system is completely installed and the gate is closed, you will still be able to use your existing gate opener to open the gate. If you would like to receive a new gate opener, the cost is $25 per unit and you can contact either Sherry Martin or Joe Hartley via email (on the website) to make your request.

During the installation period, Sherry and Joe will be working to build a new database of residents and their respective digital access codes. Residents will be given one opportunity to change their personal numerical access code free of charge. We will send out requests for those changes soon.

This is an exciting time and the replacement of our gate system represents a huge financial investment. We will do everything we can to make this transition as smooth as possible for all residents. Please feel free to contact any member of the board if you have questions.
