This is the fifth update of 2023. Here we go.
Landscaping - We currently only have one project going on this month and that is to fill in the sink holes around the lake. This has been delayed due to a health issue with our contractor. Work will be taking place this Saturday (weather permitting) with volunteers doing the work.
All other projects have been completed for the year, so only maintenance items for existing assets are being done as they occur.
Reminder – We are going to be forming at least one committee (maybe with sub-committees) to address the Deed Restriction updating. In July we will be soliciting resident assistance on this as we anticipate this to be a lengthy process that will take several months to complete.
To communicate with the Board, do one of the following: 1) Send an Email to the member with the duty responsibility you are inquiring about, and he/she should reply within days. 2) Use the website blog to discuss issues and ask questions. 3) Email directly to the Board member with the duty responsibilities you have questions or comments about.
